A new version called the Autochartist Research Portal replaces it. It has a new, modern, mobile-friendly interface.

We have created Volatility Analysis, a new section on our Menu where you can browse the Symbol Groups, then the Symbol Names. If you click on a Symbol Name, it will give you the content that was in the old CSV Files.
